These classes use authentic Tai Chi and Qigong movements that will help older adults improve balance in their life, both physically and spiritually.
Unlike traditional Tai Chi classes, there are no long sequences to learn or remember. Instead, emphasis is placed on body awareness, functional fitness and centered breathing techniques. Classes are also infused with philosophical elements that help provide you with a positive mindset to improve quality of life.

  • Fridays 10.15am-11.15am
  • Approximately $120 for a 10 week term (once a week, depending on the number of weeks in a term)

BALANCE TAICHI is a gentle, beginner-friendly class designed specifically for Older Adults who want to improve balance, reduce the risk of falls, and feel more confident in their everyday movement. In a relaxed and supportive environment, you’ll learn simple, flowing Tai Chi exercises that enhance stability, coordination, and overall wellbeing—no experience needed. Whether you’re looking to stay active, regain confidence, or simply enjoy moving again, BALANCE TAICHI helps you feel stronger, steadier, and more in control of your body.

Our BALANCE TAICHI program is specifically designed for Older Adults in Perth who want a safe, gentle and enjoyable way to stay active.
