Tai Chi Basic Theory Workshop for Beginners

Workshop Overview

This basic theory workshop is the perfect introduction for any beginning student seeking to learn Tai Chi as a path towards personal mastery of mind and body. This workshop is not designed to make you a Master of Taijiquan (Tai Chi as a martial art), as that is implausible to do over a few lessons and without an experienced instructor. 2. The fundamental theories of Yin / Yang, Bagua (8 energies) and Wu Xing (Five Elements)
  3. A new simplified form in accordance with the General Administration of Sport of China called ‘Bafa Wubu’ (translated as; 8 methods 5 steps)
