Take your Tai Chi to the next level.
With the foundations that you have learned during the previous levels, you are now ready to learn the authentic 'Beijing 24' Set or 'Yang 24' Routine as it is sometimes known as. You will also have exposure to '32 Sword Form' in this level.
Mastery of this level will fully prepare you to learn other routines in our curriculum with greater success.
