Tai Chi for Health for 65+ in Willetton

Rostrata Family Centre in Willetton will be commencing term based tai chi classes catered for people aged 65 and over. These classes are designed to get you fit, mobile and energised in a relaxed and friendly social environment.

Free Tai Chi Classes at Riverton Lpx for 6 weeks

The Cancer Council WA Life Now Program offers free evidence-based programs to support cancer patients and their carers. We invite people living with cancer and their primary carer to take part in the free Life Now Tai Chi program, which is funded through generous community donations.

Tai chi is a form of Chinese martial art which has been shown to help bring about a state of calm and clarity through low impact movements and stretching.

An experienced facilitator will guide you through these gentle tai chi sessions. There is no need for any prior skills or experience to participate and benefit from these classes.

When: Fridays starting 18 October 2019
Time: 10.15am – 11.15am (six week program)
Where: Riverton Leisureplex, RIVERTON
