Beginners Chen Style Routine Overview

Practice one lesson until you are confident with the movement before progressing on to the next lesson. It is better to train SLOWLY and build on from the previous movement. This way you will progress and learn FASTER.

You will have 1 year access to this course.
This should be plenty of time to go through all the lessons so that you will be able to perform the routine confidently on your own.
