Perth Tai Chi Academy is proud to introduce a new concept to health and fitness. Tai Chill is essentially Tai Chi simplified. It is a low intensity workout exercise class that provides an easy to follow class format using movements based on authentic Tai Chi and Qigong routines. Tai Chill provides all the same benefits but adds the luxury for the participant for not having to learn and remember long sequences. Tai Chi For Health
In association with Arthritis and Osteoporosis W.A. (AOWA), we also offer Tai Chi for Health (TCH) programs created by Dr Paul Lam in addition with his team of medical and tai chi experts. These programs have been designed for special groups with conditions such as Arthritis, Osteoporosis and Diabetes. The Tai Chi for Health programs are also beneficial for Falls Prevention, Injury Rehabilitation and Energy Awareness.
